i am loving it.

My dad has been borrowing my car the last week, and will continue borrowing it for another week or 2, as he's doing stuff with his car. While borrowing my car, he used his ipod in the Aveo, but was disappointed with the lack of the ability to control the ipod using the radio controls. Something to do with no USB ports, I believe. He was also disappointed with the volume of it as well.

I've been looking into systems mainly for that reason. I really like this stereo (link below). It's neat looking and I think I'll play with the color of the lights until I find something that I'll like. Plus, Crutchfield will give $60 worth of installation gear with it, for free! Now, I just need to find a good set of speakers.

At the moment, I have NOTHING installed. Im short 1 window and a radio bracket in my aveo 2011 because some piece of **** broke into my car last night. I did have a JENSEN iPU, 1 x Calibra 2200watt monoblock and 2 x ICE Power 12" 800watt subs. Plus i had a school bag and rayban glasses.

2 x Sony Xplod 250watt 4.5" speakers
1 x UNKNOWN BRAND 800watt 4 channel Amp

Running proper 4 Gauge wiring

Entire system cost me $347 American Dollars or R3885.00 South African Rands.

I have yet to meet someone with a better and louder system in a small hatch
