I have a 2010 Hatchback aveo LT.
When i accelerate and take my hand off the wheel, it pulls to the right slightly. not to bad but noticeable. Does this call for concern?

Check your tires for abnormal wear. How many miles what kind of roads do you drive on?
A lot of places will do free alignment checks. Call around and have it checked out.
Personally, unless it pulls while crusing I wouldn't get it looked at. The only exception is if you've hit a curb or got into a front end accident recently where your alignment might be off.
32000 miles. normal city roads. few small pot holes here and there, try to avoid them. have done alot of highway travel, as i like to travel. Tires still have plenty of tread. look brand new!
I'd try to find a place to do a free alignment check then.
my old tires were worn to a cone shape, made mine pull left into the highway road crown. next set is not going to be a directional tread pattern (cross-rotation is my friend.) think of a styrofoam coffee cup rolling on its side.
*Edit* Haven't had my camber or caster checked, but toe is spot on. Having good tires and pointing (and tilting) them straight is the key to longevity and comfort, imho.
Torque steer is something we haven't discussed, however (VBG) ...
