      Anybody run 16" steelies?

Rims are for sale on a diffrent post and i'm going to get 16" steelies off a civic.. the kid wants 20-30 bucks so I decided to lose the rims. Does anybody run 16" steelies on their aveo?

running steel wheels isn't any different than any other rims, but they weigh more.

if you decide you want to widen them, then i could point you to some guys that do that. widened steelies are all the rage right now in the vw scene. can't figure out why though. as a "sleeper" option on older cars it looks good, but on a car that really didn't come with them in the first place...
