Has anyone figured out the camber situation on aveos? I know that with the mk2 ams mk3 coilovers can't get
Camber, but has anyone done custom fab work for camber?
Thanks.

camber in front is as easy as reaming out the holes on the coil overs a little bit. there is actually some play in them already. but even i am driving around with - 1.5 * on each side with my ride height, about a 1/16" of reaming and i would be able to set 0 *, but then my wheels would rub even when i am going straight.
I have some camber in the front, but im looking to get some in the back.
there are alignment plates for the rear that go behind the backing plates. An alignment place can show you what tabs to cut out to achieve certain camber.
you actually pick up some camber as you go down.. but YnotVW is correct, you need to use alignment plates.
Where is the adjustment done? I was to the understanding that there was no way to do camber in the rear. this will help with my current fitment issue.
you can't pick up enough camber for your issue.. but the spindle bolts onto the beam, they make shim kits that go intobetween that spindle and the beam..
in your case, IF you are really set on fitting those wheels, I would fabricate a "narrowed" rear end. Although I am unsure how you can do the front.
all im going to do about the fitment in wheel well extensions front and rear.
So i found shims but i don't know if they will fit they look very similar to a pic i saw on the rear disk brake conversion thread they have them for alot of golfs rabbits jettas over here they look mean. Since im running the same suspension setup as a mk2 golf i should be able to use them even if i have to re drill them to fit. Ill try to post some pics if any ones interested into the camber thing.
These should work the more i look at it with -1.5 negative camber rolled and pulled rear fenders stretched tires i should be straight.
