Rabbit you still making the endlink kit? Im definitely going to need one. So im new to suspensions and wandering which suspension is stiffer. Im going to have about 300lbs of system in my trunk and I also carry passengers and need to make sure im not going to bottom out. I was just going to get new struts and shocks with the lowering springs but decided this is around the same price so im going this route. Thanks

i have not made any kits in a while, but i can have them made if 5 people are interested.
i would suggest looking at the spring rate of the coil overs you are considering. they vary but should be posted. the higher the spring rate, the stiffer the suspension.
Im having problems installing the rears and what to use.
The racelands came with a brass colored sleeve that sits on top of the black piece. Do I need to get rid of this?
also the stock shock had a cup for the bumpstop. Do I use that or elliminate it? Sorry for the questions im just having a hard time
starting with the upper spring seat on the coilover, put them together is this order (from top to bottom)

I put the coilover top hat then a washer then the rubber bushing then the mount.
it was extremely hard to get the bolts in. I had to tighten them with an open end wrench.
Also my rear coils are all the way down and it doesnt look anywhere near as low as yours in the pictures. I will take a pic tomarow and post it.
did you read the whole conversation? how low did you get?
I am now running mk1 vw rears. Some guys are running mk1 all around, what did you buy?
the first post was more of the starting point, not the bible.
