I was wondering could you actually email me those pictures? i have a macbook and macs for some reason don't show me the pictures from almost all forums I've been on
I own a mac too. The host site sometimes "loses" the pictures..
Try looking at them directly:

See if that works, if not, I will repost them/host them, or email them if i still have them on mine.
yeah I'm completely sol I've check on a windows laptop and it doesn't show anything either unfortunately.
really all i need is something that i would have to modify, I've read plenty on grinding the top of the spindles just wondering if theres anything else i have to do. also if it'll make me have negative camber or positive camber.
Sorry guys, been kind of busy this year.
Post here if you want a kit. I will organize a group buy again for whomever wants it. it would be $135 shipped.
i ordered the coilover today for the mk1, camber bolts, and shims, and an alignment tool.
Thanks for getting back to the post though! thought this thread was over with lol
pulling all the way out with the bolts in the kit puts me at about -.75-1 degrees with @ 4" drop. Which is about perfect for that height in my opinion, as long as you adjust the toe to as close to 0 as you can.. if anything minimal toe out.
Less drop give you less - degrees until about a 1" drop in front gets you close to 0. But if you don't want a large amount of drop, just get springs. You will prefer that ride for a 1.5" or less drop. If you want 2.5 or more, this is the cheapest way to do it acceptably. (not recommended for taking your girlfriend down any back road rendezvous if she is more than a C cup).
I work over 70 hours a week, and spend most of my free time with my wife and kids. My aveo is in a huge project right now so I don't frequent the site in my normal activity like when I drive it daily. I will make it a point to get a few guys a round of end links, and the help they need. The major thing you need to do is add a washer to the bottom of the rear strut mount. And always, modify the bump stops on the coil overs. Cheap coil overs come with oem style bump stops that are too tall for low heights.
yeah I'm trying to get everything down to zero with my alignment once its lowered where i want it.
i was thinking maybe a 2 inch drop if its not low enough i'll go a tad bit lower.
honestly never had so much difficulty with coilover until i got this aveo5 haha
i'll definitely take note on those bump stops!
