Im getting a GAB lowered springs that lowers about 1.5 i think.
But i want to lower my ride like about 2 more inches.
I want it to be like nemasys's car :D lol. But is it possible to just
cut the lowered springs? Some people said it cant be cut. If not,
how to get the extra 2 inches?
i cut mine before i had coil overs. if you do not have progressive rate springs, and you have dead coils (coils that touch when the weight of the car is on them) then you really have no issues when cutting. Do not get them hot, slowly cut with a cut off wheel, you dont want any glowing..
If you have no dead coils, and/or progressive rate springs, you can still try cutting them, but the ride might not be even as the spring progression might not match spring to spring.
cutting springs is not really the way to go imho (why i stepped up to coil overs).
If i cut the lowered springs, its better than using a cut stock springs is it?
So what is your best suggestion, to get the extra drop?
coil overs would be the best best for the drop..
