what do you mean by "better"?

i think more people on here are running H&R, but both brands are quality.
I run H&R too, they ride nice pretty nice even with the stock struts.

      try doing a search.

well from my experience, not with aveos strictly. H&R is generally a nice choice. eibachs are good but tend to be a little more aggressive/stiff (bouncy with stock struts) so i would say H&R is the better choice.. for a daily driver with stock shocks.

on my aveo i have H&R gives a nice ride, smooth on the highway, not too stiff, but still a little bouncy where my other cars are bouncy (even stock).

I have H$R's on the way as well. But I am worried about my exhaust...I don't think it will be a problem unless I run into a really huge speed bump...(My exhaust tip is in front of the D/S rear tire.) **END HIJACK**

Re: EIBACH OR H&R SPRINGS CHOICE ?

I've personally never used H&R's, but I had Eibach's on my Jetta and it handled fantastic. The only thing I could compare it to was it felt like the car rode on rails, no slip around high speed turns and very little bounce. They are very stiff and aggressive though. For an aveo I would say go H&R. It'd be a very rare occasion for you to take a 100mph turn so I don't think you have much to worry about. Plus I believe H&R's are cheaper.
