I have a 2004 Chevy Aveo5. When I bought it, I had to replace the rear left drum as the bearings were falling apart. The drum was one of those hub and drum all in 1, so you had to unloosen the middle nut to change the pads and whatnot. After I changed it with an exact same one, maybe 3 weeks later the car started to made grinding/scraping noise whenever I turn right, I assumed it was the drum so I had it replaced with another new one and it seemed to solve the problem, for a while, another 4 weeks later that same noise came back and i replaced the drum another new one and again the noise is gone for about a month, noise came back again and I don't know what is causing it? Could it be that the drums that also have the hubs attached are cheap and don't last? Should I buy the setup that is hud and drum separate? What would cause my car to make this noise? Thanks.
