      Harsh Ride..how to fix?

      Hey guys,
So my 2005 Aveo LS (hatchback) is really harsh while driving. I feel like I can feel every minuscule of holes in the asphalt...don't even get me started on the road bumps, things go flying if I'm not at least at 20km/hr when going over (the recommended speed on speed bumps is typically 30-40km/hr as far as I know)...so what's the problem here? I don't know anything about suspension...is it the shocks? is it the springs? should I change to coilovers? I don't want my car lowered. I just want a smooth smooth ride, without me feeling anything. Any input would be appreciated. Cheers.

Shocks and struts probably need to be replaced.
