How to remove rear drum brake?

Hi, I broke my stud recently, and I would replace for a new stud.
And I want to paint it too.
But I don't know what is the size of caulking nut
Does someone knows it?

Now there is a second problem: Center nut is deformed and fitted to to the groove of center stud
Is it normal? It wouldn't even turnand I dont know what to do..

you take a screwdriver or a punch and hammer, and round the pinch out of that groove. I dont think you are supposed to reuse that nut. but if you do, tighten it down and re punch the edge into that grove. its acts like a cotter pin..
