      Exclamation HUB Assembly HLP Plz

I am currently trying to replace the wheel bearing on my 07 Aveo. I have the axle nut removed as well as the caliper and can disengage the control arm and Tie rod when I need to, however I am having difficulty removing the Hub and rotor to gain access to the wheel bearing. How do I do this? I have also stripped one of the screws on the rotor.

My question is, do I need to remove the rotor in order to take the Hub off? Also, am I missing any steps to do this repair properly?

      Thank you

drill out the tripped screw, the rotor will come off. you need the axle out of the hub to get to the bearing.

the hub does not have the 3 bolt gm design, it is strictly pressed bearings and a c clip.

get the spindle off, then take out the bearings.

Ok finally removed the rotor! But it appears that the hub assembly is pressed onto the spindle arm, rented a hub puller to remove hopefully this works, if anyone else has suggestions please let me know!!
