Thank you! So even though it is adjustable coil overs, the height is not stock height? So the highest height on these coil overs are like running drop springs?

It just depends on the brand or style. Some you can stay stock or a little less. I think the MK3 golf coils let you stay about the same. PM redrocket he just bought a set for rally use. He should be able to tell you witch ones will work for you.

A good idea of where to get the best information on how close to stock you can get would be to check out each coilover options adjustment options. I don't know specifically how close you'll be able to get, but one with the most threads for collars to move will give you a height closest to stock. But really, if you're on coilovers why wouldn't you get rid of that NASTY wheel gap?

Most coilovers at their highest ride height will probably be lower then the stock ride height, but don't let that scare you away.

Sorry. I didn't see your comment until now! How much money? Is it just bolt on or do you have to do a lot of modding?

Well if you go through the thread, it's a combo of some modding and just bolt on. In the front there is some grinding the adapt mkIV shock to the car.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....

Does putting this on make my car have more camber? Someone I know lowered his truck and now the front tires get bald fast from camber wear.

Then your friend did not get an alignment. This mod, like all suspension mods will change the geometry of the car. You will need an alignment once your done. Now if they can't adjust the camber once it's lowered then that's a real problem.
