      Lower riveted ball joint removal

New here and need help 2010 Aveo5.

Trying to change the lower ball joints went to take the control arms out but heat and PB would not break the front bolt free. I went with option 2 remove the bottom rivet head with my air chisel and use punch to beat out the rivet.

I got the heads off both rivets but can not get the rivet to move.

      Suggestions please.

My 05 had a ball joint go south and same as you the control arm bolts were both seized.
The control arms were original and had bolts holding the ball joints , the new arm was riveted so I replaced just the ball joint to get the car mobile again.
After machining the rivet heads off, they still didn’t want to come out, I ended up drilling them as well, just stay centered in the river and it should finally come free.

      Cheers
