Mot fail suspension arm ball joint?

My Aveo just failed Mot (both)- Suspension arm ball joint dust cover no longer prevents the ingress of dirt [5.3.4(b) (ok)].
But I'm not 100% what part I need to replace, is it the whole suspension arm? And not the gaiters

The Ball joint can be replaced separately if desired.

Thanks Eg.h2o didn't know it could be fitted as a separate part. But I've brought the whole unit now, I'm fitting them both tomorrow.
