which springs do you guys think have the best performance aspect? i dont care too much for how low it drops, but how much better the car handles after one has upgraded.

Unfortunately I think you're only going to get "Mine are great" posts for this one. Most people have only had one brand installed on their car and no chance to test the others (there's a total of 3 available iirc).
H&R make a great quality spring, based on their other offerings (I don't personally have them)
Those who have gotten apex haven't had anything bad to say (that I can remember)
Haven't really heard much about intrax, don't even know where you could get them even.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.
yeah thats true, meh o well thanks anyway
yeah i guess the only way to be sure would be to try them all out. but i went with h&r because of their track record, they always make good springs for cars, why would the aveo be an exception?
Someone email h&r and get the spring rates and I'll figure out the Apex spring rates then I could tell ya. I'd assume apex though, I know they're usually a bit better handling for other woos than the other lowering springs out there. Also audacity recommends the Apex springs and he's a track whore.Originally Posted by khan4rtist

post some pics once their on
i think i have already posted pics in another thread but ill post them again later on in the day.
congrats on the H&R's. I'm happy with mine, now if only KYB would make some front replacement struts, I would be good to go. Still too much bodyrool would also like a larger front swaybar, but that's not an option either.
Where's the DIY Khan?
