      You're fine if you just reused the clips and they were in good shape.
      I don't know if the noise you're hearing could be caused by a sticky caliper pin, but it would be a really easy job to remove the pins and lube them. Did you break-in the pads? Most folks don't and never have problems. Perhaps what you're hearing will just go away in a few dsys.
