Please help- nose when making sharp turns

I bought a 05 aveo about three months ago for 500, for the most part i am happy with it. I just had to bring it in for a Va state inspection, it got new tires and front end breaks before it went to the mechanic and they replaced the tie rods to pass inspection. when i got it back every time i make a tight turn it sound like it is interfering with something. the mechanic is closed in till Tuesday and this is bothering me if anyone has any idea what it could be i will be internally grateful.

Look under the fender, the wheel is rubbing against the body. You should see where the under carriage paint has been rubbed.
