Popping/clicking noise 2006 Aveo LS

So here's the deal. This car hates us, or is just moody.

The problem we're having now, is that after we go over a bump in the road, there is an odd clicking/popping noise coming from the wheel area. Within the last 6 months the sway bar linkage and the front struts have been replaced on both front tires. There was a slight squeaking noise that would randomly happen when turning, but besides that was fine.

Today I suppose there was a feather that landed on the car the wrong way - and it's decided to pop/click randomly, especially after there was a bump in the road. We went to O'Reilly's, had the guy that we've talked to a few times about this check it out. He pushed it up and down, it didn't click, it didn't act up at all. Said to try to tighten up the strut mounts, if it clicks after that to jack it up and see if there was anything jacked up or broken. Alright, cool.

So, we got back to the house, boyfriend pushed on the front end of the car, just like dude at the car parts store did, and it starts doing the stupid popping/clicking noise, where it hadn't been doing that before hand with the dude. What in the world?!

What could this be, does anyone know? Thanks for future help, and sorry for so much information that really isn't needed.

there are a few things it could be, but I'm not sure how to tell you to look for it.. since I can't hear the click/pop. But if it does it when you push on the car. I will first ask if you replaced the mounts with the struts? If not. I am pretty confident it is probably that.
