Question abour these rims?

Found these rims on amazon. I am sticking with the 14 inch size and I found some awesome one! My concern is, they have a bolt pattern of 4x100 and they are 14x5.5 which is exactly what I need but in the picture of them they have mysterious bolts in the way where my bolts would go? Probably just the picture. The wheels will work just fine.

Probably could use some hubcentric rings with them. (They're inexpensive though.)

And those will look fantastic on a Red Aveo.

The picture shows a 5-bolt rim, so it's probably just the wrong picture.
