Question about rims and tires

Hey guys, I just bought winter tires and steelies for my aveo. The place I went to made me a little bit nervous but I tried to look past that. It just seemed so rushed and stuff. Anyways, I decided to go because this place had good reviews online. So i got my winter tires and steelies and I noticed that only two of the steelies have the little balancing device or whatever it is. I will post a pic of what I am talking about. Anyways, is this normal? because my old steelies had it on all four. They also scratched up my old rims in the holes where the nuts go. Im gonna go complain for sure. This is unacceptable.

yeah those are wheel weights the balancing machine tells them where to install the weight and what size.its possible u didnt need a weight or that its on the back side where u cant see it.if its not shaking while driving it should be balanced.

ok thanks. well ill call them and see what they say. Its such a piss off. They ****ing screwed up my lime green 17s too. When they took off the wheels they scratched the lug nut holes really bad. Its like it was a child playing with the drill.

well some of these guys are making min wage at some shops and come and go and dont give a rats *ss.

very true. well its just ****ing annoying. you know they also drained my battery? they were running my heater in my car with just the battery on to keep the place warm. ****ing ridiculous. the place had good reviews online but it was my worst experience ever.

your car will not produce heat with just the battery, the engine has to be running
