The tire size goes like this:
185/55/r15 = 185mm width of tire/sidewall is %55 the size of the width of the tire/r rated 15" rim.
So the 185/60/r15 worked fine because it was %5 more sidewall (taller) than the 185/55/r15 stock size.
However the 195/65/r15 COULD POSSIBLY work, but your looking at 10mm wider tires than stock, and you didn't say but I'll assume you have stock rims, so I don't believe that would be an optimal option. I have seen people do stuff like this in the past and never saw too much issue with any of it, but it's just not what your rims are designed for, and since these tires would be 10mm wider than stock, your putting more pressure on the sidewalls which could cause them to weaken faster than the stock size.
It's also possible (doubtful but you never know), that the 10mm difference could end up causing some rubbing on the inside of the tire well when turning. Now obviously 10mm isn't much, but the possibility is there.
Just curious.. Why do you want to go with this different tire size? You would be gaining a very small amount of traction with this size, however you will lose a little bit in aerodynamics due to the larger width.
If your wanting just more grip, as a suggestion, I would just check out some 16" rims with the 4x100 lug pattern if available and get lower profile tires (like 195/45/16) to put on for clearance. Of course that would depend on what the rim would take as well.

The only reason I am considering this is because I have a set of 196/65/r15 available to me for free and otherwise I need to buy a set. Always like to save a few bucks.
It would fit if you are completely stock suspension wise. It will be a little close to your strut.
