      I was told by a mechanic that I had a wheel bearing going (had the Aveo at mechanic's for Oxygen sensor). Guy didn't tell me which one (would of had to pay extra for that...lol). I drove it home and felt each wheel. The right front passenger is hot to the touch. I thought that was the old tried and true method of finding a bad wheel bearing.

      Usually you give it the old back and forth and whichever side makes more noise under load is your bad bearing. I've found though, that it's the exact opposite for front wheel drive cars
