Quick rim tire question

Looking at 15x6.5 rims
38 offset
195/50/15 tires

website says PCD1 4x100, PCD2 4x108 was wondering what pcd2 means. I know it has to do with bolt pattern.
thought maybe it was an optional pattern.

also is a 38 offset ok?

the offset should be fine as long as the spoke design does not hit the caliper..

the pcd2, means the wheels have 8 holes drilled in them.
