tires would most likely be worn due to the bad tie rod..
the head light is very likely the ground wire on the rail. but is it the same one over and over or back and forth? have you replaced them together? or one at a time?

1 headlight at a time. Not always the same side. To add more pain now I am getting a PO420 code. I erased it drove 3 miles and it came back. Yes I have a hand held monitor. Tells me either an O2 sensor or catalytic converter?
I have the parts sitting at Napa waiting for pickup. Guess what I'll be doing saturday

most likely the o2. i replaced mine a while ago.
I you look at your fuse block for signs of burns to be sure. But if you are only replacing one light bulb at a time, then replace them both. Remember not to touch the bulb, finger oils will heat up and burn the bulb out. And that should fix it. There is something about weird about GM cars that you should really replace both at the same time, or the older one will only last like 2-3 months. I never understood it.
the p0420 codes is the downstream o2. after the cat. if the primary goes, you will not be running very well.
In fact now that i think about it, I've replaced them both. The primary at about 30k and the secondary around 50+
The repairs for inspection kept adding up way too much for a 5 yr old car. I traded it in Saturday and got a New Camaro SS
I do have a nice set of wheels for sale now though
