Rear Axle bushing problems!!
After reading the info on the site, I decided to do my own rear bushings. I was able to get 2 of them from the local auto parts. I started with the drivers side and about three hours later I was done. I figured I would go over and do the passenger side also. I got to the point of removing the bolt from the bushing when I realized it would not come out because it was hitting the fuel tank. I really did not want to reomve the fuel tank at this point. I was surprised that for as many people that have done these bushings; no one every mentioned that the fuel tank was in the way. Just so you guys know if you are going to do these for yourself....
Passenger side axel bushing
You have to take out the four bolts that hold the bracket to the bottom of the floor boards. Then you can take out the bolt to axel bushing when you drop the axel down. You will have to undo the emergancy brake cable to the bracket.
