I almost always buy middle of the road stuff for general repairs. When on rock auto and you don't know what seems good, just go for the items with a heart by them.

For struts I prefer KYB, but Monroe works too.

I don't really care for brake rotors or drums.

For pads, I just buy ceramic whatever isn't the cheapest.
