Rotors Install

Recently i went to a mechanic to upgrade the rotor to 286mm.

While he was installing the upsized rotor, i notice he did not put back the 2 screws that holding down the rotors.

When i ask him, he told me that after installing an upsized rotor, the screw wont match, that is common. Anyway the wheels will hold the rotor in place.

Can someone please advise if this is true?

The screws are not needed. No worries there.

Hi, I was just wondering if any body knew of a big break conversion in the UK? I've thought of using vauxhall vectra brakes, but dont want to buy them if they won't fit. Also has any body fitted disks to the back of a 2006 kalos 3dr? Cheers, jonny
