Saab Ronal rims fittment

I love the look of the Ronal rims that are on the old school minis and wasn't sure if the version that came on the Saab would fit. Here are the measurments I was given:5.5x15 Ronal 24380; alloy Rims; 4 lugs at approx 2.3/8 from center and approx 3 1/4 between mounting holes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
