      shaky steering wheel at 60mph

So when I first bought the wheels for my car they told me that the way the hubs were the wheels would not center themselves so they had to get me "self centering lug nuts". So before I got the lug nuts I had significant vibration on the freeway. After they installed these lug nuts I still had this issue. I've now taken off and put back on every wheel numerous times. I greatly reduced the vibration but it still bugs the hell out of me! Anyone have any ideas to eliminate the vibrations?

well, the first thing to do is to have all the wheels Road Force Balanced. (Road Force Balancing applies a Simulated load as if the wheel was still on the car, giving a more accurate balance) and make sure the rims are as clean as possible, as clumps of dirt and Asphalt/Tar Covered Stones will also cause the wheels to be thrown off balance. another thing to check is if you have any bent rims, as that would throw the balance off as well.

My wheels are always clean and they have 0 damage. I'll have to check balance but since new wheels are a month away I'll have those checked

you need hubcentric rings, not self centering lug nuts.

They told me they don't make hubcentric rings for my car. That was the first thing we tried to do. And turns out my friend that runs a discount tire store just got a brand new road force balancer so I'm gonna go see him
