      powdercoat the rims and put some aggressive lookin rubbers on there.
      You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.

      I'd get new wheels... $125 is a great price but I bet it'd would the same or less to sell them and get new ones in the color you want. Plus resale value would be higher. Also you'd likely have to remove the tires so add that to cost.

      I personally don't like black wheels on a black car. Especially a car like the aveo because black on black makes the car look small enough. Black with a polished lip look great.

      buy new rims and tires. Keep the stocks for winter. You would be better off and you wont have to buy tires as often.
