THANK YOU Aveo Forum - Rear Wheel Bearing Replacement

My 07 Aveo5 had 80,000 miles when I replaced both front and rear wheel bearings. I understand these are a sealed wheel bearing, I just thought 80K was a little to soon to have to replace them.

For all who have replaced their wheel bearings, what was your mileage ?

GF's Aveo 5 had 105K on it when she bought it, and both fronts and one rear were completely shot. My stepdads sedan has 75K on it and the fronts are noisy too. I feel like 80K is pretty typical for an area that sees salt in the winter.

Omg.... I'm calling bull****! I tried and tried on TWO assemblies and could not get it off to save my life.... Sooooo I went to the junk yard and bought the whole spindle, popped the four nuts, swapped my brakes. Bang. Done.

My mileage was about 240k if I remember... But I bought it at 180 I think...
