      Universal Chassis Brace

Ive seen a universal chassis brace on some sites, especially on AftermarketAveo.com

I forget who is the person that runs that site, sorry, but I was wondering if it is adjustable because it says "Universal". I bet maybe some other people are wondering too.

I may pick one up now since my interior is completely stripped.

You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.

      thanks Mike... heh

We actually don't know that yet. Y2Daniel saw it on a different website listed for the Aveo, and one or our distributors had it available so we added it to the site. We have been meaning to order one to see what it looks like and fitment, as well as to make one so that instead of being universal it is bolt-in specifically for the Aveo...

BTW, Khan, if you end up getting a new engine, can I have yours? Will pay for shipping and don't need anything with it, just the block, head, oil pan and valve cover...

Yup it will... Don't even need it capable of running, just need it for fitment testing and such... maybe use the block and head for sizing a stroker kit or something down the road too...

      It will fit...

Look down on the suspension page just a bit at the thread "Mid-Brace" and you'll see I brought it to your attention

It uses that compression nut in the middle to spread the bar apart. I also recommend using self-tapping sheet metal screws to install it on the b-pillar bases.
