I got some additional info on the Motegi FF7 wheels. Even though the wheel has a hub cap thingy, the wheel supports both 4x100 and 4x4.5 bolt patterns.

Also I not sure if I had mentioned this or not, I am going with 16x7 and that looks like the best compromise between ride quality and performance.
