      Wheel offset

Planning to buy these rims of an Holden Astra and was just wondering if the offset would be alright for an 09 Aveo. The offset of these are ET49 and it is 15x6.

sounds like that would be ok, as long as the caliper clears the spokes.

with that high of an offset, and skinny width, i would consider spacers anyhow.
The dimensions will otherwise appear stock.

Yeh im just worrying about it scrubbing against the suspension etc while turning. Will probably be running with 185/55 tyres.

      Re: Wheel offset

Another thing i found is that these rims uses those wheel nuts that screw into the hub if it makes any sense unlike the aveo how we have a thread sticking out to screw the nut into it, would this be another issue. The thread and size of the screw is 12x1.5 for these rims. Thanks

The Studs versus bolts isn't a big deal. Just make sire your lugnuts have the same seats as the bolts of the Holden.

Conical or ball seat are the two types common.

The tire combo your using sounds like a stock setup so I think you'll be fine.

      Re: Wheel offset

Got the wheels fitted today and the outcome isn't so bad for $100 for all 4 rims. Gonna run these temporarily until i have enough money for 17's or even might even think about powder coating them grey dunno yet haha.
