you could, but your studs are only @ 28mm. so you would either need to get longer studs pressed in, or buy the adapter style/hub and wheel centric spacers, and you would need to shave the additional 8mm off the stud to remove the interference.
the narrower track width is common on fwd cars. even rwd often has it, i cant say if it is better for stability but it gives the steering slightly more traction.
I had to buy 30mm to pass the studs but I have them on front and rear
