yet another wheel thread, oopsy ;)

Sooo, I'm new around here, just bought a red 06 ls sedan from a friend, body is in shape, yet 161k km on it and I think the valve cover leaks ;P but hay, that's not the question:

I'm looking to buy used rims for the car, and I've read and googled quite a bit. So I found a guy selling 205/45r16's on 4x100 PCD and 40 offset, 7.5" width, which would make a +2.3% overall diff from the online calculators.

So I've read that 7" is more common and I'm supposed to have 45 offset... I need to be comforted on my future buy, please please :P Is that a problem?

Your best best is to try them on yourself (meet him and put one on) they should fit with no issues though, what did they come off?

Those rims maybe had hub covers at one point or another, who knows ;)
