08 Aveo reverse neutral stuck

I replaced the clutch and slave cylinder. After I bled the clutch I started it and it ran fine but the wheels were spinning when it was off the ground I didn’t think it was a big deal, I lowered it off the jack stands and if I let the clutch out it stalls. I don’t know if the transmission is gone or what I took it back off popped off the back gear cover and the shift fork cover I can turn the input shaft and see the gears turning and I can manual engage them with a screw driver any help would be greatly appreciated
