There is no sensor in the spare, and the car, unlike alot of other GMs, does not differentiate between front and rear tires.
There is no fuse for the TPWS light. It's controlled with a module, and the light is turned on by the IPC logic.
If the light is blinking, there is a problem with the system
If the light is steadily on, you have a low tire pressure condition. I've never had to reset the light in my 2010 Aveo5 and I'm on like my 6th rotation. Set your tire pressures (+ - 10% of each other) and drive the car over 20mph for more than 2 minutes. That should turn the light off.
