in picture # 3 you have a black, yellow and green wire in a plug at the very top, i'm fairly sure this is the clock spring connection.

You need to trace that black wire back to the next plug (toward firewall) and tell us what is there. That section of harness is where the 09+ guys have been tapping into the cruise in the us.

You are right it seems to be the clockspring, i traced the wires, the black one seems to go to the plug behind knee panel (maybe it's the horn) and the others seems to be for airbag:

These connect to this plug with green and white wires and there is a sticker:

What do you think about the plug above the brake pedal?

yellow case wire harness is always airbag related.

is that plug where the black wire goes? i see a brown and silver wire on the other side of it, are those eliminated inside that connection?

The black wire goes to the plug behind the knee panel (the one with green, blue and brown with yellow line).

Which photo are you talking about?

All right, more info and more photos:

"are there two wire connections eliminated inside that plug?" No, it's a 6 wires plug:

"and is that where the black wire from the clock spring goes?" No, the black wire from the clock spring goes to the plug behind knee panel:

(i am pointing it with my finger)

And here is a bonus, the right side of the plug from the first photo connects to the throttle pedal using this plug:

alright, i've been poking around under Scootaloo's Dash to help Farru figure out his car, and this is what I found:

according to the Shop Manual i have access to, this is Connector X202-(I/P Harness to Clock Spring, the Air Bag Connector known as X201 is routed higher up in the Steering Column)

this is the Pinout of Connector X202 with RPO C98 (I apologize for the Crap Picture, had to use a computer with a Projector for a Monitor)

this is the Car Harness end of Connector X202 on a car Equipped with RPO C98

this is the Clock Spring end of Connector X202 equipped with RPO C98 (notice the One black wire, if I disconnect it, ScootaHorn 2.0 Stops Working)

THIS is what I suspect Farru1981's Connector X202 is. and it looks like Cruise Control may be Quite Impossible for him Unfortunately...
