If you contact your local public library or browse through the net of your library they may have the online Chilton auto repair manuals that you can access (for free) online that post info on Aveo's for all years up to 2009. You will need to get a library card to log in.....I know it's kind of nerdy to go to the library but it is great info for free.

Does Chilton make a book strictly for the 2005 aveo? I bought one for my pops T100, but I can't seem to find one for my aveo. I found the chilton GM 2005 edition at the library, but it only has one small sections for the aveo.

If you go to Do It Yourself and DIY Auto Repair by ChiltonDIY for $24.95 you can get access to their library for one full year or $14.95 for a 30 day. It probably won't be as in depth as the one sold by Service Manuals, Owner Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, Service Bulletins - Helm Incorporated which is $200.00 but still useful.

I think that's basically the same manual that I ripped off a different site and put in on Mega - even though the years are different, the info seems the same. From my previous post: http://goo.gl/f4IYcK if you want an offline version, since I knowthat the site I ripped mine from goes down often.
