Thud Slamrod, I realize this is an older topic but my harness has different colored wires than that discussed here and I just want to confirm which ones I should be using. My car is a 2008 Pontiac Wave hatchback so essentially the Canadian version of the aveo5. Can you or anyone else tell me which colored wires I need to tap into to add the cruise control switch? Thanks in advance.
Got it installed finally and just for anyone else that may be trying this mod still, it was the two green wires in my case. I made a diagram on this photo and it was pins 7 & 4 in my diagram. Works like a charm and was super simple to do.
