I have seen a few posts on here of people asking how to remove interior door panel, and since there wasn't already one I decided to make a thread for those that don't know how to. I needed to fix my daughters exterior door handle as one of the bolts holding it down became loose. Anyways, here is my write up on a 2006 Hatchback model.

First off, there are 5 total philips screws to remove, a window crank, a door latch and round trim it. I have marked the locations of these screws in the pic below.

Use a flat head screwdriver to remove this rubber cover to expose screw behind it.

Start from the top of this corner piece and pull, there are two clips that attach this trim to the door.

Once you removed the 5 screws, speaker trim and window crank, start pulling the door panel from the lower left corner to unsnap it free.

Once you have the bottom free, lift the door panel up and out of the window trim.

And this is what you'll end up with.

Once done, reinstall using these steps in reverse. The hardest part about putting it all back together is aligning the top of the door panel with the window seal.
