Fuel Line Replacement: Engine Compartment.... HELP!

I'm trying to wrap up an engine replacement on my 2007 Aveo. Somewhere along the way, I misplaced one of the short fuel lines in the engine compartment. Went to Napa and Chevy Dealership trying to get some information but they didn't have anything close to what I need in stock. I've got a list of OEM parts, print outs from the dealership and a copy of the shop manual however it's difficult to determine what I should be buying with only the diagrams to help. I have provided the portion of my manual referring to fuel lines. I'm thinking it's #2 but can't be sure. Also, a photo with captions of where this short line goes. Hopefully someone can help. I'd prefer not to mess with the universal fuel line replacement kits. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. I'd love to get this vehicle running!

Its hard to tell, but it looks like you need the #5 hose on the diagram.

Is there any other information I can provide that might make this easier? The Chevy dealership wants a restocking fee if I by chance purchase the wrong one. Not to mention it takes several day for each of these parts to come in when I order. Thank you for the response.

You could always try to reuse your existing white fitting and the other end and just buy some fuel line and clamps if you want to keep it cheaper. Like I said, its hard to tell from your pictures and that diagram isn't huge. It seems like #5. I assume that lower line (the one you do have connected to the metal line) goes to the fuel rail like the diagram shows?

I'll take your suggestion and try to use the generic fuel line and clamp replacement. I had hoped Chevy would have been more helpful in this process but apparently there isn't much to go by or way efficient way of referencing. I appreciate the advice.

find a better parts dept at a different dealer, mine will order everything trying to find the part i need, and only sell me the one that is right.
