Could someone post the numbers from the service manual for adjusting the headlights? I'm assuming the numbers would consist of distance from car to a wall and height above the floor to aim the beams. Thanks

from my experience, headlight aiming is more about measurements with the type of aiming equipment you are doing it with, not by the car itself. Its not like a wheel alignment.
if the car is actually parked level, you should adjust the height of the beam to be about 2" lower than the measured height at the lens if stock height. So they point out, but not up. You all should verify they point straight by using the tires to form a line to the wall. and measure the distance inward for the headlight, pointing outward a little is ok as long as you dont get a dark spot in the middle while driving.
Thanks rabbit, I'll give that a whirl. I was getting a lot of flashes from on coming cars at night, so I adjusted them down. Not enough apparently, I'm still getting some flashes. Actually had the dealer do this for me once while in for warranty work so they've been adjusted twice now.
Does anyone have photos of the adjustment screws? I see a screw with a plastic cap and a sort of geared washer on the back of the lamp, but not sure if this is an adjustment screw. The left headlight points rather high and I'm not sure how to bring it back down.
The one with the cap is the left and right adjustment. You don't need to touch that. There is another screw, 12mm with Phillips head closer to where the turn signal bulb is. That is up and down. And as rabbit said, park on a level surface and measure how high up your headlights are. Park 25ft away from a wall and the top of the beam should be 2" down from the headlight.
Also, if you have plug and play hids you are probably going to always get flashed, as those are always blinding.
