How to remove the Door Panel on a 2007-2012 Chevy Aveo SEDAN
This tutorial is to show those who don't know how to remove their aveo's door panel for maintenance or new speakers etc; how to.
Tools Required:
Philips head screw driver, preferably one on the larger side.
Plastic interior panel remover tools you can get these in your local auto shop store, I got mine for $10 bucks
Time
Some Strength and Courage.
Step 1: Remove the triangular plastic piece outside the mirror (inside the car), see pictures for details, I've marked where the connective points are in the panel, these require some pulling, be careful not to snap them. Pull around the area where they connect to the body.
Step 2: Remove the door handle cover, yours is silver most likely, mine is carbon fiber. So don't get confused
Step 3: Start at the bottom of the door panel and get your hand underneath it. Pull with moderate force to pull out the retaining plugs and the door will start snapping off (see picture for marked areas). Once you have the door panel loose, Lightly push the door panel up. Then it will come off and you have to remove if gently from the door handle area (this is the chrome door handle mechanism that you use to open the door).
Step 4: Hopefully by now you haven't broken anything, if not jump up and down in happiness because you didn't. Now remove the plugs that are connected to the power windows(if applicable) and the trunk opener. The trunk opener was tricky for me but if you look on the inside of the harness area which connects to the panel you will see a little white bump and push that in to release the harness.
Step 5: You're done! now you can do everything that you need to, and to put the panel back on, just do these steps in reverse. :D

THANKS Jet321! A couple of extra helpful tips!
THANKS! This was a GREAT help! I would have been seriously lost AND broke A LOT of door parts! I had to replace my wife's driver's side door handle on our 2008 LT. I just have a couple of additional difficulties I thought needed to be addressed. The first item is that around the door handle there is a cover that needs to be removed BEFORE the door panel can be lifted off. There is an upper and lower plastic latch toward the front 1/3 of the handle that need to be lifted with a screwdriver and a rear lower tab that I am sorry to say I broke so beware and take care. Then pull the door handle to the open position (which was difficult for me because it was broken in half) and remove the door handle cover. Now the door panel can be lifted up and off. This leads us to the second difficulty which was disconnecting the trunk release button electrical connection. The trick here is that there is a release catch underneath the connection between the connection and door panel. Feel around press up and pull the connector out. I hope this helps!
