There are two pins with rubber stoppers in the middle so after you pull it off you'll have two holes in your trunk...
I recommend against a metal scrapper unless you want to scratch up your paint.
yay! some of my how to made it across! I'd recommend a puddy scraper
I's use plastic razor blades or cover the putty knife with a layer of duct tape.
i have allways used dental floss or fishing string....

Yeah, but careful not to rip all the glue off when taking it off, when you want to put it back on heat up the back of the badge and then stick it onQuote:

no no no no...they are behind the bowtie. See the 2 posts on the back of the bowtie? They fit into the holes. They run vertically (up and down) dead center of the bowtie.

i sprayed some tarminator (which u can get at your local auto parts store) and used a blade and very carefully shaved it off. You will get some tiny scratches so make sure you buy some scratch remover and you should be fine.

use rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball or kleenex, then make sure you wax the area well after.
so wait where can i get the plugs?
Also, if your just popping out your inner bowtie make sure you dont pry against it as you will scrape the gold paint off of it from the inside...been there, done that.Quote:
