How to remove rear emblem

I took my emblem off this weekend and didn't take any pics of it..LOL 2 small holes vertically dead center of the bowtie.

I used a Harley emblem I had to cover it.

so the holes are on the bowtie? not the Aveo badge? if so i will take the Aveo off asap

no no no no...they are behind the bowtie. See the 2 posts on the back of the bowtie? They fit into the holes. They run vertically (up and down) dead center of the bowtie.

that what i was asking the post are on the bowtie only the Aveo badge doesn't have any holes......... :!:

right..I understand now...the lettering didn't have any posts..but the bowtie does...got ya..

i want to remove the badges from my car too... but i'm leaving the bowtie cuz i don't want the holes to be seen... when i finish to remove them, how can i remove the rests of glue from the car? wax? :?
