How to Replace the Day Time Running Lights (DRL) Module

My 08 hatch does not have the 'DRL' fuse on the driver side.

It wouldn't. It's a first gen design even though it's an 08. Hatches are the same from 04 to 08 as far as DRL's go.

so how do we disapple the drl.....i look in all fuses and even under the steering wheel column theres nothing under hamser or whatever....

you need to disconnect the relay.

There's a thread on it. It's just behind the clutch pedal on the firewall. Two are there. You need to pick the right one.

I looked I can't see nothing that says DRL relay or anything
To do with it.

Thanks for your comments, it made it so much easier. I tried to disconnect the DRL so i could hook up some HID

Can you please post the image where is it? I have also GMDAT Aveo '08 and there is no Hamsar relay
