OBD2 tool

Hi, i recently got an Aveo 2012 LTZ.
i want to get an OBD2 tool so i can hopefully adjust some settings or turn some on.
anyone know which would be best to do so? ( preferably a small one with BT that can be left in the slot )

looking for the following options if they can be adjusted:

adjust the automatic lights so it always has daylight driving lights on. (without lowering brightness of the speedometer)

holding down the open lock button on the key to lower windows / holding lock to close windows.

flash indicators when opening the locks with the open button on the key.

and maybe other options that i can't think of now that might be nice to have or be bale to turn on/off
